Rules & Regulations


I. UG Courses

Those who have passed P.U.C or equivalent Course are eligible to seek admission to undergraduate courses.

Admissions will be made to the Degree classes as per the regulations of the State Government, the Acharya Nagarjuna University and the College. Dates for the issue and submission of the application forms will be announced in the college notice board. Duly filled in application forms should be submitted on or before the last date fixed. Applications submitted after the last date will not be entertained.

Those who are allotted seats should submit original and two xerox copies of Marks Card and the T.C. The Students should be physically present at the time of admission and sign in the admission register.

Selected candidates should submit all necessary documents in originals and pay the fees before the expiry of the last date & get admitted. Students who do not admit themselves before that last date will lose the right of admission. Admitted students, seeking transfer to some other college will have to pay full amount of fees fixed for the whole academic year.

II. PG Courses

Candidates possessing a degree of University of Acharya Nagarjuna or of any other University equivalent there to and complying with the eligibility criterion are eligible for admission to Post Graduate degree courses.

Candidates applying for admission to Post Graduate course in Economics (M.A) / Commerce (M.Com) shall have obtained minimum of 45% (40% for SC / ST and Cat-I Candidates) of aggregate marks in cognate / optional subjects in all the years of qualifying examination.

In case the candidate has taken longer than the prescribed duration to pass the qualifying examination, a deduction of 3% from the percentage of the aggregate marks of cognate/optional subjects for every additional year shall be affected and such candidates should have obtained a prescribed minimum marks, even after such deduction to become eligible for admission.

III. D.Ed Course

Those who have passed P.U.C or +2 Pass with 50% marks are eligible to seek admission D.El.Ed (d.ed) courses.

The d.ed. Program aims to train teachers for the schools in the government/private sector in India and abroad. The curriculum and evaluation systems adopted by the college are similar to those used in the typical Colleges of Education. Emphasis is given to the development of domain knowledge and teaching skills. They take foundational and experiential coursework to enable them to meet the students with linguistic, cultural, learning and behavioral diversity. Senior/Guest Lecturer for different kinds of seminar to improve students theoretical and presentation knowledge for their future.

Our Institution has a fine infrastructure and well equipped with all instructional facilities including computer, Library and lab facilities. Our Institution has been recognized by NCTE & fulfilled all NCTE norms & standard. Our Institution has educationally qualifies and well experienced staff members. The candidates appearing for the final examination completing the course with good percentage, qualifying with 95% to 100% results. Most of the students passed from our college are appointed in Government primary schools.

IV. B.Ed Course

1. Candidates should have passed BA/BSc/B.Sc (Home Science)/B.Com/BBM/BCA/5 YEAR integrated course at the time of admission. Candidates should be required to produce marks memo and pass certificate at the time of admission.

Note:- As per the G.O.Ms. No.92, the candidates who passed B.E/B.Tech, MBBS/BDS/ BAMS/BL/LLB/BAL/BOL etc. and such professional courses are not eligible for admission into B.Ed course.

2. Candidates should have secured a minimum of 50% marks either in the Bachelors Degree i.e. B.A. /B.Sc. /B.Sc. (Home Science)/B.Com/B.C.A/B.B.M. and /or in the Masters Degree in relevant subject or any other qualification equivalent thereto.

However the candidates belonging to all other reserved categories i.e. SC., S.T, B.C., and physically handicapped should have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the qualifying examination.

3. Age Limit: The candidates should have completed the age of 19 years on 1st July of 2014 in which notification is issued. There shall be no maximum age limit.

In the case of NCC/SPORTS/CAP/PH categories, if candidates are not available, such seats are to be offered to the respective categories only. Eligibility Criteria for B.Ed course:

V. I.T.I. Courses
